Covid Update continuing as of January 13th, 2021

*PLEASE CALL WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE OFFICE.
*WE ARE OFFERING CURBSIDE SERVICE ONLY AT THIS TIME.
*CLIENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE OFFICE AT THIS TIME.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for all routine appointment scheduling (including surgeries). This is due to the ongoing pandemic, the on-going covid guidelines changes, the increase in the amount of new puppies/kittens we are seeing and the increased urgent care and emergency caseload we are seeing.
As we continue to try to follow state, federal, CDC, state and national veterinary Covid guidelines, please read the following to see how our hospital is adjusting our practices to meet current Covid guidelines. Please know we are following these guidelines to keep our team, our clients and our patients as safe as possible during these trying times. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Medication/food or supply pickups: We will continue to ask that you call for refills on medication, food or supplies. We will get these items ready for you before you arrive. When you arrive at our hospital to pick them up please give us a call from your cell phone and we will take credit card payment over the phone or if paying by carecredit this can be paid directly from our website. We will then place the items outside our exit door when you let us know you have arrived at the office.
*If you are arriving for any reason please call the office when you arrive, our doors will continue to be locked at this time.
*If you are arriving for an appointment, please call the office when you arrive, we will ask that you bring your pet to the vestibule and we will take your pet from that area, no clients will be allowed in our hospital at this time.
*We will be doing surgical/procedure PHONE check-ins. If you have any questions on a procedure that is scheduled, please just let us know when we call.
*Boarding: we will set up appointments for drop offs and pick ups for all boarding pets. At this time, we are only able to accept food, medication and a leash and collar for any pet we are boarding. No other belongings will be able to stay with your pet.
*We will continue to try to limit cash/check transactions.
*We will continue to ask that Carecredit payments be paid directly from our website.
